In the month and a half we’ve been tracking the market, I’ve marked 49 properties as “of interest”. In that time, exactly *one* of them has sold. We’ve seen a number of these properties on open house tours, and the ones we’ve seen weren’t duds. In fact, several of them would never have been marked had we not seen the inside. So there’s all this “stale” inventory, much of which looks very attractive to me (once prices finish correcting).
