| TIP (ADL?): I know you mentioned … if you are at a desk / sitting for long periods of time you mentioned ( I forget where?) a 2 part stretch.This morning I set up multiple alarms (every 45 mins for the work day hours) on the CLOCK app of my iPhone … works like a charm.My guess is that many phones (or apps) have this multiple alarm capability.Pete |
