| Welcome, Zoya, and thank you for this thoughtful post.I think having content warnings, in general, is a pretty basic thing most people can do that can help someone decide what they can or want to try to handle at that moment. At least then no one is completely blindsided. I also agree that games can and should try to tackle difficult subjects, but it should be done in a mature way, and those that use, say, rape in a sensationalist or exploitative way should be harshly criticized. |
