Last night I made pork fried rice with leftover brown rice and leftover grilled porkchops – just added edaname, carrots, broccli, onion, garlic, red pepper and eggs with a little bit of lite soy sauce. My husband loved it, eldest daughter ate around the broccli and youngest daughter tried to eat around the carrots. Tonight we’re having salads and ravioli lasagna. |
