Terrible Jerk – 165(20)=3300. I’m happy with weight selection but not form.Squat – 185(20)=3700. Too light. Didn’t realize how jacked up I would be on comp day!DL – 315(20)=6300. Good weight selection.Total: 13300This was super fun and the energy in the gym was awesome. I’m coming back to the gym to work on scoring and will post results asap. |
