When I first posted my vitamin D level was 4.6. I have been on 50,000 units weekly since then, and I have tried to spend more time in the sun. I was rechecked at 9 weeks and my level is now 42. I have had no side effects from taking the vitamin D. The improvements I have noticed are increased energy and muscle strength.
