Most people make rose water ganache – a white chocolate ganache with rosewater mixed in – as a flavoured filling. Try 200g white chocolate, heat up 100g cream and pour over the chocolate, leave for a couple of minutes and then stir until smooth. Stir in you rosewater to taste.
