| I still cannot understand why God would allow the Isrealites to murder men, women and children of other tribes. Aren’t they his own creations? Even let’s say they are prodigal sons… woulnd’t God have forgive them and have mercy at least on the women and children. The more and more I read about these wars waged by the ancient Israelis, the more I wonder if the old testament really is the word of God.Please somebody… explain to me why the God of Abraham, Moses, David and our other saints could be so cruel. |
