| It must have been very special to be in such a spiritual environment with so much history. I’ve seen a lot of shaolin monks perform over the years, but it still leaves my mouth wide open. And it really isn’t a question of what is the best or most effective martial arts form, what these monks learn over the years is total body control and enlightenment of the mind. That takes so much discipline, training and meditation, on a level most of us will never reach. We can only show the deepest respect. |
