Hello Ameya!Arroz con leche is Rick and delicious stuff. It’s also made with cooked rice much of the time, but then as you point out sweetened condensed milk is usually added, plus whole milk and other good stuff. A little dulce de leche (Mexican long-cooked milk) is sometime added to give it extra flavor. Oh yeah. - Joe
