| the house is worth $33K more than purchase price. I showed them the sale and the bank’s appraisal, and now find that property is worth only $29.6K more than i paid.Property was an estate sale and town rep says estate sale does not count.What are my chances to win the appeal? Is it worth the effort when I am dealing with an estate sale? How difficult is it to appeal?
