| I hope it all works out for you. I know that one successful defense in these cases has been where it can be proved that the ex-partner has known about the poly situation for some time, but had not complained about it previously. This indicates that they don't really care that much about the poly, but are simply using it as an issue in an attempt to get custody. I don't know whether this is relevant or not to your situation.
