| When I used to teach preschool, we were pretty military about the kids' snacks. We literally would go through their lunchboxes and take out all the candy, sugar-coated cereal, etc and give the kids healthy sandwiches or soups instead. The kids really acted differently! They don't bounce off the walls, there's no tantrums. At all! |
