Wendy,The low FODMAP diet and the gluten free certainly have some overlap but you don’t need to be completely gluten free on the low FODMAP diet. When traveling sometimes starting with the gluten free items and then ensure there is no other fodmap ingredient may be a good start…but it’s not necessary to go completely gluten free when trying the low FODMAP diet for IBS.
