| Fantastic post! Having never seen Streetcar on the stage, has always made me feel something lacking in the story. I would have loved to see Jessica Tandy in the part. Many times when the movie is on, I don’t watch it. I have to be in the mood; because, it’s so unsettling. Wonderful reading the author, and others involved insights and struggles. I’ve always understood Stella. She is so physically in love with Stanley that, everything else pales beside it. They always get those colored lights going! |
