| last week, my hubby (who is super fit, but it trying to support me) and I started to really watch what we eat (using My Fitness Pal app on ipod) and exercise more. I've been doing Zumba and ordered a treadmill. I was anxious to see the results and almost cried when I lost all of 1 lb in a week. I gained a whopping 80 lbs this pregnancy, and while down 30, I have A LOT to go. I am still in my mat clothes lol. BTW, you always look great in any pictures I see you in =) |
