A lot of learning.I was knitting at age 5 (and yes, I made my purple cardi), sewing proficiently by 11, and designing costumes for my school drama club at 15. I've not always dressed well--especially as a theology graduate student--but I think now I've got a tasteful, flattering wardrobe where I can put together an appropriate outfit for almost every occasion on very short notice. |
