| I haven’t been to Neehee’s, though that’s mentioned in the Maynard interview. For me, this is markedly different from any other Indian restaurant I’ve been to. There’s no butter, no cream-based sauces, no meat, and no rice. For all I know, this is super-duper authentic, but it seems to me more like the recipes for healthy living inspired by Indian traditional food, of that makes sense. |
