I always feel like I am eating the right meals if I feel that I DO need a snack. I definitely don’t skimp on food ever, but if I have eaten a not-so-healthy meal, I tend to not feel like I need a snack later. On the other hand, if I’ve eaten a plate full of veggies, healthy fats, and some good carbs, my body craves a little booster later, which I give her! My favorite snacks are almonds, homemade larabars, fruit, and TOAST! |
