Char…what you are describing is WW’s Simply Filling program. Where you eat the “power foods” until you are satisfied. You don’t count any of the power foods. Power foods are healthy choice foods….fruits, veggies, lean meatts, whole grains…etc. I lost 35 pounds using this method. Couting points didn’t work for me either so my leader suggested I try Simply Filling….it worked great. You should check it out!
