| roro80 Hi Dr J — As I tried to make clear in my earlier comment (looks like I did a poor job), there is certainly value in pointing out undercurrents of bigotry, racism, sexism, etc, within the ranks of a movement/group, or pointing otu when actions or statements have elements of those things. Certainly pointing out negative consequences of these undercurrents or actions or statements over time in communities is valuable. Stating that the basis for or purpose of a movement is hatred of a particular demographic is quite another form of accusation. |
