| why thank you very much:) I’m sure diet does help, but basicially, what’s helped me more than anything is not overprocessing my hair. I don’t use heat on it, don’t dye it, I use sulfate free shampoo (yes to cucumbers), and I don’t use styling products on it usually. I use a bit of dr. bronner’s lavender hair cream as a leave in conditioner. I also like braiding it when it dries…it keeps my hair from getting frizzy. |
